Indian AI Startup ElixirData Selected for Elite Dubai Centre for AI Accelerator

ElixirData joins exclusive cohort of 30 startups chosen from 615 global applicants across 55 countries for Dubai's flagship AI accelerator program.

In a major boost for the Indian technology ecosystem, ElixirData – the enterprise AI platform developed by Chandigarh-based XenonStack – has been selected for the prestigious Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence (DCAI) Accelerator Program.

The DCAI Accelerator, launched earlier this year by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Dubai Future Foundation, attracted applications from 615 startups across 55 countries. From this highly competitive pool, only 30 were selected – placing ElixirData among the global elite of AI innovation.

The 8-week intensive program at AREA 2071, Emirates Towers, was developed in cooperation between DCAI and Dubai Future Accelerators. It represents the first accelerator of its kind, focusing specifically on developing AI-based solutions for government services and media communications.

"Being selected from among 615 global applicants validates our approach to building AI systems that enterprises can actually trust and deploy at scale," said Navdeep Singh Gill, founder and CEO of XenonStack. Gill, a TEDx speaker and angel investor with over 21 years of experience in data transformation, founded XenonStack to help organizations become AI-first enterprises.

Saeed Al Falasi, Director of DCAI, noted that the program "supports the government sector in Dubai by developing new projects and finding innovative solutions to current and future challenges. This global initiative empowers startups and entrepreneurs from around the world."

ElixirData distinguishes itself through its multi-agent semantic context fabric – a sophisticated architecture that orchestrates specialized AI agents for data discovery, governance, quality assurance, and forecasting. The platform's focus on "responsible AI" – ensuring explainability, compliance, and auditability in all AI-driven decisions – aligned perfectly with DCAI's mission.

Dr. Jagreet Kaur, Chief AI Officer at XenonStack and a research scholar at Singapore University, emphasized the strategic importance of this selection. The DCAI Accelerator is overseen by Dubai Future Foundation, Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, Dubai Media Council, and Dubai Digital Authority.
