She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and brings over 17 years of experience spanning academia, industry, and research. About Author

Dr. Jagreet Kaur is the Chief AI Officer at XenonStack, where she leads transformative AI initiatives spanning Generative AI for synthetic data, Conversational AI, and Intelligent Document Processing. With a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Punjab Technical University and over 17 years of experience, she bridges the gap between academic rigor and enterprise-grade AI implementation.

Her research focus centers on Responsible AI frameworks, compliance, and data governance — ensuring that AI systems are not only powerful but also ethical, transparent, and auditable. She drives the governance philosophy behind the Elixir product suite, including the Dual-Gate Governance model and Decision Memory architecture.

Prior to her industry career, Dr. Kaur served as Assistant Professor at Chandigarh College of Engineering & Technology (Panjab University) and Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College. She also leads the Akira AI initiative for Generative AI research and QElixir for Quantum Computing exploration.
